4. TERMINATION OF PROPERTY ADVERTISEMENTS
4.1 In extreme cases Property250 Turkish Dream Rentals reserves the right to delete property advertisements. Circumstances which may lead to such action include but are not limited to persistent breaches of advertising terms, attempts to include unsuitable material, misuse of online systems. We may also terminate property advertisements if we receive a significant number of substantiated complaints relating to misrepresentation of a property or its surroundings. In such circumstances payment will be retained in full.
4.2 An Advertiser may at any time during the course of the period of their subscription on The Website delete or permanently remove their property. This can be done via the users online account administration system, or alternatively by contacting Property250.com who after verified confirmation will remove any properties on your behalf. Payment will be retained in full.

5. CHANGES TO WEBSITE
We take pride in our service and are continually striving to make it better for you, the customer. Property250 Turkish Dream Rentals reserves the right to: Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) any part the Website without notice and you confirm that Property250 Turkish Dream Rentals shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
