Villa Tuzlabeli is a large villa that sits on a hillside, with mountains around it and views over the plain to the mountains beyond .The cooling mountain breezes are perfect for when the local temperatures soar in the summer months. It has 5 bedrooms 2 seating areas, Kitchen, separate dining room 1 bathroom & 2 shower rooms. There is also a small self contained annex that sleeps 2 in single beds and 1 on a sofa bed beneath the house, which may be made available if required at an extra cost.(please note that the annex would not be occupied by anyone else whilst you are renting the villa as it is not available to rent separately). Linen and towels for in doors & by the pool provided as well as a push chair if required

Just a short walk from the villa is the traditional village of Uzumlu where you can buy local produce. There is also a post office, restaurants, wine bar, and a local market on Fridays. The area is steeped in history and is ideal as a base to explore the countryside including the hilltop Roman city of Cadianda approx 20mins away. If you prefer more choice then coastal resorts of Fethiye and Calis are just 20 minutes drive away. In Fethiye you will find bustling shops, plenty of restaurants a harbour, a museum, and the large Tuesday market. Calis is the nearest beach to Uzumlu. It has a good selection of bars and restaurants along the promenade. Oludeniz with its famous lagoon is approx another 15 minutes away.

Heating/Cooling: The villa has an open fire in the lounge, central heating and air conditioning in all the bed rooms

Bedrooms: On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom, Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms 1 of them has a bed & sofa bed. Travel cot

Bathrooms: On the 1st floor there is a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubical, up stairs there is a Family shower room & en-suite shower room

Getting Around: The local dolmus (bus) that goes to Fethiye is fairly cheap and regular, But because of the location we recommend that you hire a car.

Policies: WELCOME PACK INCLUDED IN PRICE. (Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, jam, bread, butter, cereal, pure juice & water) For guests enjoying a two week stay a mid week towel and linen change will be provided if required. A full clean can also be arranged at an additional charge. Pay ments should be made by cheque unless otherwisw agreed. We require a booking Deposit of 10%. A £150 refundable security deposit is also required with your final payment.
